Key Requirements
Minimum Pharmacy Residency (PGY1) or 4 years clinical experience
Licensed or eligible for PA Registered Pharmacist licensure
Preferred PGY2-Residency in clinical pharmacy
Eligible to obtain licensure within 120 days if not currently licensed
