The Dietary Director oversees all aspects of the dietary department to ensure meals are safe, nutritious, and meet individual resident needs in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
This role includes managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
