Serve as the subject-matter expert and advisor for the organization’s learning technology ecosystem, ensuring optimal configuration and evaluation of learning platforms, tools, and technologies.
Own the end-to-end management of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Record Store (LRS), including configuration, governance, and optimization.
Partner with Learning Consultants and Content Designers to shape learning solution strategies, enabling effective, scalable, and measurable learning solutions through technology and data.
