Job Summary
This position is accountable for the governance, lifecycle control, quality, standardization, prioritization, and publishing performance of System Operations procedures across CT, MA and NH.
Responsible for the development, revision, implementation, maintenance and control of standardized System Operations procedures that reflect current electric system configuration, operating practices and regulatory requirements.
Oversees development of staff, assesses the need for and oversees implementation of programs to ensure employees possess technical and behavioral skills required to support operating plans.

Base: $164,500.00-$182,780.00; Bonus/Equity: potential incentive; Benefits: competitive total rewards program

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or equivalent
Minimum 10 years related experience
4 years experience as System Operator preferred
