The expected salary range for this position is 192,900-358,300 based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ.

Key Requirements
BS in Software Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
15 years of relevant development experience
7 years of leadership experience
Prior leadership experience in software development function
Experience with complex problems and innovation
Leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams
Ability to resolve conflicts and adapt to change
Ability to make/execute authoritative decisions
Experience with product launch milestones
Proven ability to present data and recommendations
MS degree in Software Engineering or relevant discipline (Preferred)
