The BW/HANA Specialist will play a key role in designing, developing, and rolling out SAP BI solutions globally while collaborating with diverse teams and supporting ECC to S/4HANA migration remediation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
SAP BW and HANA development experience
Requirements gathering and technical design
SAP BW data modeling and data flow development
Support testing and post-go-live activities
Cross-functional multicultural team collaboration
Adherence to SDLC and lifecycle management processes
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SAP Datasphere / BDC technologies
Experience with S/4HANA migration topics
SAP ABAP programming knowledge
Experience with SAP BOBJ reporting tools
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud
Work in regulated pharma environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years project experience in SAP BW and HANA development
Functional knowledge of 1–2 SAP subject areas focused on analytics
Experience in requirements gathering and analysis for BW on HANA or Native HANA projects
Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural global teams
