Must-have

  • 10+ years experience in valuation and portfolio management
  • Expertise in equipment types across multiple industries
  • Strong negotiation skills for end-of-lease and disposition
  • Ability to identify and mitigate transaction risks
  • Knowledge of secondary market performance for asset classes

Nice-to-have

  • ASA or equivalent appraisal certification
  • Experience building relationships with brokers and inspectors

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years in Relationship Management or Portfolio Management
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of product knowledge and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and credit risk assessment
  • Experience with loan applications and cash management service agreements
