Job Summary

  • The NP - Nurse Practitioner shall be responsible to perform tasks and procedures delegated by the collaborating Physician within their scope of practice.
  • This individual will perform complete, detailed, and accurate histories, as well as to review patient records to develop comprehensive medical status reports.
  • The Nurse Practitioner will provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients.
