Job Summary

• Oversee and optimize earthwork and aggregates production and logistics to ensure efficiency and implement continuous improvements.
• Analyze opportunities to increase profit through efficient dirt and aggregate import, export, and recycling, proposing ideas and partnerships to the owner.
• Coordinate with hauling/logistics companies and negotiate with partners and vendors to form long-term relationships that reduce costs and increase efficiency.
