Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent education
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
  • Ability to work safely
  • Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • Experience with an older adult population an asset
  • Strong customer and resident service skills
  • Experience in a high paced customer service setting an asset
  • Comfortable handling considerable heavy lifting, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crouching and moving equipment, climbing ladders and exposure to biochemical agents and wet floors
