  • The Director, Studio Operations will lead in-house Operations and Production Technology teams responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the studio’s facilities, workplace environment, and administrative infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include space planning, technology oversight, asset and vendor management, security, maintenance, shipping/receiving, purchasing, real estate, employee services, studio activities, and overall workplace experience.
  • The role also oversees planning and execution of all-studio events and communications, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth studio operations.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of operations, technology, facilities management, or general management experience
  • IT management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Understanding of animation production pipelines
  • Strong working knowledge of end-user technology and production environments
