Job Summary

  • This role blends building upkeep, grounds care, vendor coordination, and day‑to‑day operational support — from electrical and plumbing fixes to monitoring essential services and assisting with shipments.
  • Performs maintenance duties for a regional headquarters property and surrounding branch office locations, both interior and exterior, including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting, heating and cooling, structural, grounds care and other preventative maintenance, as needed.
