Job Summary

  • The Escrow Officer is primarily responsible for performing tasks related to settlement operations in the closing of real estate transactions.
  • Handle all aspects of the settlement transactions including preparation and approval of Settlement Statements, preparation and coordination of deeds, verify accuracy of loan documents, insurance documentation, seller statements, and contract or sales agreement.
  • In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 8 days of sick pay.
