The Restorative Nursing Aide is responsible for providing residents with routine restorative nursing care to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
Essential duties include assisting with transfers, ambulation, range of motion exercises, bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene standards.
The role requires reporting significant findings or changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or Director of Nursing.
