Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of relevant investment experience
Deep expertise in Rates / Fixed Income and Macro strategies
Proven ability to make risk-adjusted investment decisions
Broad understanding of hedge fund landscape
Demonstrated investment track record
Strong quantitative, analytical, and modeling capabilities
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
