  • Perform preventive maintenance duties, including changing filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting equipment.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns, and compile monthly reports on building operations.

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
