Supports a full range of administrative and human resources functions for the Office of Education in a manner that is aligned with operational and capital budgets, WUSM, and the Office of Education’s strategies and goals.
Manages the Office of Education's Human Capital Management (HCM) functions, overseeing payroll, stipend payments, data modifications, reporting, and other HCM-related tasks.
Leads and contributes to various OE initiatives and projects, encompassing staff engagement, development, and retention strategies, streamlined onboarding procedures, internal OE policy review and creation, process documentation and mapping, strategic planning, and other needs as necessary.
