Job Summary

  • Coverage of Commercial Banking clients in Digital Tech & Communications industry & Sponsors, calling on clients to deepen relationships and proactively own, respond to, uncover and anticipate future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations.
  • Works with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ individual needs, while closely working with Case Manager on client onboarding and retention, ensuring compliance deliverables are met.
  • Maximizes client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence, driving innovation in solutions, and executing strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels.
