Job Summary
This role partners closely with executive leadership, directors, legal teams, auditors, and external advisors to ensure the Company meets all SEC, NYSE, regulatory, and governance requirements.
Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day entity management, serving as the primary contact for EDGAR Next administration and Section 16 insider filings, and compiling/maintaining executive and director compensation disclosures.
