Job Summary

• This position is a supervisory role, responsible for the maintenance of CM and/or Longwall machinery and equipment, the maintenance of equipment and facilities so that high availability rates are maintained while meeting safety standards.
• Must adhere to core values including Safety, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement and ensure the company's "Absolute ZERO" safety culture is embedded in all work performed.
• Performs key supervisory responsibilities such as goal setting, planning, training and performance evaluation, and communicates mine plans, changes and company policies and procedures to employees.
