Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining their comfort and safety.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
