Otis Elevator Company is seeking motivated candidates for a Field Project Management Trainee position starting in Summer 2026. This entry-level role involves managing elevator and escalator projects, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Summary

  • Ensure that each project is completed in a timely manner on schedule, within budget, and meets all technical and financial standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Communicate with general contractors, owners, building managers, architects and designers, and state and local authorities and regulatory agencies concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling of installation for the equipment.
