The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident condition promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Lift and move up to 25 pounds
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift meetings for improvement
Experience with restorative procedures
Strong communication with inter-departmental personnel
