Job Summary

• This highly visible leadership role is accountable for the overall underwriting strategy, performance, risk management, and profitability of the Supplemental Health product portfolio.
• In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 17 underwriters, including one direct people leader, and serve as a key thought partner in shaping underwriting strategy, product design, pricing alignment, and portfolio optimization.
• The Hartford’s Group Benefits organization is a rapidly growing $330M line of business.
