Key Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Driver's License in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
1 year recent direct healthcare experience
Knowledge of Conditions of Participation
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Home health or hospice nursing experience preferred
Certification AMB-BC or CHPN within 3 years preferred
