Job Summary

  • Senior Processor with exceptional analytical ability to assess conventional, portfolio and government loan requests based on product, underwriting, and investor guidelines.
  • Processes the most complex loans including renovation lending, and SONYMA Remodel NY.
  • Serve as the communication liaison between the customer and M&T’s Mortgage department.

Key Requirements

  • Proficient with all Retail Requirements, including all state specifics
  • Knowledge of Product, Investor and Compliance Requirements
