Job Summary

  • Lead team initiatives to identify and resolve safety issues and proactively involve in developing LEAN solutions throughout manufacturing.
  • Operate automated machinery, presses, lathes, mills, furnaces, wire EDMs, robotic equipment, and chemical processing equipment while handling hazardous chemicals.
  • Coordinate and perform training of others with respect to the safe and responsible operation of assigned manufacturing equipment and conduct process and product quality audits.

  • Walking and standing for extended periods
  • Lifting and transport of materials (20-40 lbs)
  • High degree of computer competency
