Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs and provide leadership, resources, tools, and analytics to reduce/eliminate hospital-acquired infections, manage outbreaks/exposures and improve clinical practice.
Responsible for surveillance programs for both healthcare acquired infections and disease reporting including collection and analysis of relevant data and implementation of appropriate action plans to address related issues.
Ensures education and training for all facility and contracts staff in proper selection and use of PFE and job or task specific infection control practices.
