Job Summary
This role will serve as the strategic and operational partner to coordinate messaging and materials for the access coordinator audience, translating brand strategies to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include developing training materials, aligning messaging, and ensuring message consistency across the access ecosystem, as well as gathering field feedback to inform strategy and resource development.

Salary
Base: $185,000-$225,000; Bonus/Equity: annual short-term incentive program; Benefits: health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, generous paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, health policy, or related field
3–5 years of experience in market access, patient services, training, or field sales/operations
Strong understanding of reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, patient access and biologic coordinator workflows
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
