Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The role includes administrative duties, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment management, and care plan assessment.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies, including infection control and emergency preparedness.

Key Requirements
