Responsible for providing expert solution knowledge, recommended implementation and maintenance best practices, and process design representing their domain of expertise.
Oversees the design of the system from start to finish during the implementation phase, collaborating closely with clients to pinpoint workflows and recommend optimal practices.
Spearheads client events, oversees clinical data gathering, recommends clinical and myAvatar best practices, analyzes and designs workflows, creates documentation and myAvatar content, coaches and mentors the solution team, mediates internal and client conflicts, and addresses troubleshooting and issue resolution.
