The successful candidate will build an EMEA Employee and Labour Relations strategy that aligns with company goals while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Must-have
Extensive experience managing employee relations
Solid knowledge of European labour laws
Experience with Works Council management
Proven track record in multi-country investigations
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Nice-to-have
Multilingual fluency in English and another European language
Experience with ER case management solutions
Cultural awareness of distinct EMEA labour landscapes
Strong presentation and training skills for managers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Preferably CIPD qualified
Deep experience in France, Germany, and Netherlands markets
Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially
