The role will act as the Client’s HSE representative, ensuring EPC contractors adhere to project HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and international standards, while embedding a zero-incident safety culture throughout all project phases.

Must-have
Develop and implement HSE Management Plan
Oversee EPC contractors' HSE performance
Lead hazard identification and risk assessment
Enforce Permit-to-Work systems
Lead incident investigation and CAPA implementation
Prepare and present HSE reports and metrics
Strong understanding of HV/EHV/UHV safety
Drive adoption of digital HSE tools
Nice-to-have
Embed zero-incident safety culture
Act as Client's HSE representative
Foster proactive safety culture and accountability
Promote continuous improvement through safety campaigns
Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in HSE management
Proven experience in PMC / EPC roles
Experience in multi-package EPC project environments
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Postgraduate qualification/diploma in Industrial Safety / HSE Management preferred
