Key Requirements

  • 7+ years in Facilities Management
  • Proven experience managing unionized and non-unionized workforces

  • Power user status in SAP or equivalent CMMS
  • At least 3 years in an IFM or Service Provider capacity
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prosci Change Management certification
