Job Summary
Perform service transition and operation tasks according to ITIL methodology processes including asset, change, knowledge, event, incident, problem, request fulfillment, and access management.
Interact professionally with other departments and outside vendors, manage single projects, and assist users with laptop setup and troubleshooting.
