This position involves coordinating critical support for production, managing troubleshooting efforts, and providing scientific project management ad hoc support.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Project Management in Production or R&D
GMP Knowledge and Quality Management Systems
Scientific background in Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology
Stakeholder management across R&D, QA, and Marketing
Systematic problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Nice-to-have
Flair for business side including ROI and NPV analysis
Experience with Industry 4.0 modernization projects
Natural leadership and conflict resolution abilities
Fluency in Danish language
Ability to work cross-functionally in large organizations
Key Requirements
PhD Degree or Master's in Life Science Engineering
Experience in Project Management within Pharma or Medical sector
