Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years WASH experience in South Sudan
Minimum 5 years field experience in emergency response
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience in staff training and capacity building models
Experience with WASH impact measurement systems
Strong software skills including AutoCAD, EPANET, GIS
