  • Our People Consultant and Accommodation team supports Workmates across the Americas and around the globe as part of the Global People Relations and Compliance organization.
  • This hybrid role is for an HR professional who will operate as both a senior people consultant and a subject matter expert on accommodations.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $117,000 USD - $175,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,200 USD - $197,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for bonus plan or stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Substantial hands-on accommodation case management
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation
  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. disability laws (ADA/ADAAA, FMLA)
  • Experience resolving complex employee issues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
