Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4-7 years performance testing experience
Proficiency in JMeter and LoadRunner tools
Experience with D365 application performance testing
Strong understanding of application architecture and databases
Experience with Azure CI/CD concepts
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Chaos Engineering tools like Gremlin
Familiarity with AppDynamics and DataDog APM solutions
Relevant certifications in performance testing engineering
Experience with Litmus Chaos and AWS FIS
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree required
3+ to 7 years of hands-on experience
Regular full-time education without backlog extensions
