  • The Facility Manager provides strategic direction and accountability for all aspects of the physical plant, buildings, grounds, real estate, and capacity utilization.
  • You'll oversee design, planning, construction, and maintenance of facilities; manage departmental budgets; coordinate space allocation and facility expansion; and present plans and updates to site leadership teams.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 10+ years experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a people leader/supervisory role

  • GxPs (Good Practice guidelines) knowledge
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Computer skills commensurate with duties
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make decisions
