Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to develop new laser equipment, tooling, and processes required to manufacture medical and specialty components.
You will serve as the subject matter expert in defining optical system configurations and directing the use of laser systems for material processing, cutting, and welding.
This role requires adherence to strict Quality Management Systems (QMS) and FDA regulations while driving innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing excellence culture.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
3+ years relevant experience in laser processing
