Analyze and manage internal and external quality excellence to enhance customer satisfaction, enable accelerated growth, and deliver product quality complaints.
Apply analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by company reporting and participate in efforts to develop a common global SIBG Complaint process.
