Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for all activities related to ongoing supplier management and the procurement of services, materials, and supplies related to CMG Protein Procurement.
  • Support culinary/marketing on any new protein options to help meet CMG standards and cost/availability requirements, especially LTO project work.
