Salary

Base: 94,200 - 115,200 CAD annually; Bonus/Equity: 12% annual bonus target with potential up to double; Benefits: Flexible work, wellness programs, share plan, pension with guaranteed income for life

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 6-8 years HR Business Partner or generalist experience
  • CHRP and/or CHRL designation
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Experience in non-unionized environment
  • Bilingual French and English oral and written
