Job Summary

  • This role owns the AI capability layer for the Beijing AI Center, defining how AI gets done by building reusable platform capabilities.
  • You will define and maintain AI engineering standards, build the center's model evaluation platform, and own the AI-ready data layer.
  • You will recruit, manage, and develop a team of 8 platform FTEs, setting technical direction and quality bar for all platform deliverables.
