Job Summary
This position provides critical support and education for nursing clinical programs with a specific emphasis on Infection Control and Disease Prevention across multiple facilities.
The incumbent is responsible for advising facilities on compliance with Medicare and Medicaid licensure regulations while assisting in the creation and review of Plans of Correction for survey deficiencies.

Plan of Corrections (POC) and Allegation of Compliance review
MDS certification and CMS 5-star rating improvement
Active State Board of Nursing professional license
Nice-to-have
Legal Nurse Consultant or Risk Management experience
Experience with Jeopardy citations from OIG surveys
Previous Regional or Corporate Nurse leadership role
Ability to assist facility defense attorneys in lawsuits
Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency for reporting
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
20+ years of Clinical and Management experience
Must maintain active State Board of Nursing license
