Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing Tier 3 support for the user experience, configuration, and lifecycle of loanDepot endpoints, including Windows OS, Mac OS, SCCM, Intune, MS ATP, Microsoft 365, application packaging, Endpoint modernization, and security.
  • Leads the design, implementation, and management of endpoint solutions, including workstation updates, mobile device security policies, and application-based Group Policies, ensuring stability and compliance across the organization.
