Must-have
12+ years experience in high growth setting
Advanced financial modeling in Excel
3-Statement financial model development
M&A transaction execution experience
Company valuation using income and market approaches
Equity, Debt, and hybrid instrument proficiency
Nice-to-have
Client facing experience from consulting or banking
Background in private equity or venture capital
Experience building analytics tools from scratch
Team lead or in-charge experience on multiple engagements
Proficiency with VBA, SQL, or data visualization tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years post-bachelor work experience OR Master's degree plus 5 years related experience
