Job Summary

  • The NPI Sourcing Lead will provide input and analysis into strategic sourcing activities to obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • This role supports new product launches by managing supplier selection, cost management, launch readiness, and handovers to sustaining procurement while acting as a liaison to Design and Advanced Operations teams.
  • The position offers a hybrid work model requiring physical presence at the Stryker location in Cary, IL three days per week with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
