Job Summary

  • The Associate Director Medical Science Liaison is responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs in an assigned region, as well as direct territory responsibilities when needed.
  • Key duties include engaging thought leaders, exchanging scientific information accurately and in a balanced manner, reporting field intelligence, and representing Medical Affairs management at conferences.
  • The role requires developing and maintaining knowledge of pertinent studies, compounds, and diseases to facilitate scientific discussions with leading oncology thought leaders.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in oncology PA or NP with doctorate commitment OR Doctorate degree (Pharm.D., Ph.D., D.Sc., D.N.P., or D.O.)
  • 13+ years of related experience (Master's) OR 12+ years of related experience (Doctorate)
  • 6+ years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • 8+ years oncology MSL experience preferred
  • Prior people-manager experience preferred
